If a user shares his/her account details with other people, then Premium Tools has the right to permanently ban the user account without any notification. Multiple logins from the same IP (using a proxy or same ISP) on the same day can result in account suspension.

1. Our prices are already affordable hence we don’t allow our users to share their accounts. Trying logging in with multiple devices and multiple IPs will lock your account through our system. Still, our support team will be there to review and help you with any case.
2. We try our best to Maintain the uptime of our tools. If Any tool is causing troubles & we are unable to fix it for the moment, We can temporarily remove it from the website till the solution.
3. We have the right to change the price, validity, and availability of any services at any time in some Conditions even if you have an active subscription.
4. As it’s a Group Buy service, If any tool is down, our team will try our best to fix it as soon as possible. You exercise patience after informing us via the support system (chat or email).
