• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, share access improperly, or attempt to abuse the platform.

3. Membership and access

• Access to tools and features depends on your active plan and payment status.
• Some tools are provided via third-party services. Availability may change when providers update, restrict, or discontinue offerings.
• We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary maintenance, provider outages, or security events may occur.
• Fair-use limits may apply to protect service quality for all members.

4. Billing, renewals, and refunds

• Fees are charged according to the plan you select at signup or upgrade.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through your member panel or by contacting support.
• Prices may change; material changes will be communicated where required.
• Refunds are handled case by case under our support policy. Chargebacks without first contacting support may result in account closure.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or publicly publish your login credentials or session access
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, attack, or disrupt our systems or third-party tools
• Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing activity

Premium Tools branding, site design, and portal software remain our property. Third-party tools remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights to content you create, subject to those tools’ own terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, and error-free operation.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
